About Us
CO·MOTION is focused on strengthening the underserved, low-income neighborhoods in St. Paul by specifically engaging individuals and families of Frogtown, Selby/Dale, Hamline-Midway and the North End with our classes and services. Outreach, scholarships and transportation are all services CO·MOTION provides to ensure low-income individuals and families can afford to be a part of CO·MOTION.
CO·MOTION is a co-working space for 10 arts and athletic groups and 14 trainers focused on movement, health and wellness. We are located in a 40,000 square foot facility built-out to provide each group with the space they need to thrive as well as common space, dance studios, a performance venue, meeting spaces, and lounge areas for community members.
CO·MOTION is a destination for all to move and create as individuals, inspired by others doing the same, creating an intergenerational environment of healthy minds, bodies and spirits that will serve to enrich the broader community.
